The app is not easy to use in Europe.
I found the food logging difficult and time consuming because here in Germany I cannot get many of the ingredients in the recipes. When I tried to log my own foods, I couldnt find most of them in the database.
The bar code scanner does not recognize most of the foods I have tried.
I need an easy to use app, and this isnt it.
I bought a 6-month plan for 66 less than one week ago, yet they wont refund my money!
European laws guarantee a full refund within 14 days.
I will report them to the authorities.
Do I think Ill ever get my money back? No.
If you live in Germany, find a better app with a database that includes German products!

Terrible terrible service. Dishonest.
Awful time trying to cancel. They kept charging me for almost 8 months.
Do not use them!!! They just charged me again and finally cancelled me, but did not refund me from the charges earlier this month and they have denied access for what I have paid for. I went on today to see if they did cancel me, and they shut off my access without refunding me!!!This company is dishonest. They do not communicate what so ever with you.
So dont expect any customer service. There is no phone number that works. Avoid at all costs.
They have taken 200.00 from me!!!Just look at the copy down below. They actually called me a name, proof these people are nuts.

No response but after much digging around on their website, I managed to cancel my subscription.
