Ingredients
I signed up mainly for the meal planning, once I paid for the subscription, I got to see the meals.. ingredients were NOT very easy to locate in my area and I do not like 80% of the ingredients. I was a member for no more then 30 mins and they will only give me 50% rebate. avacado, quinoa, kale.. and many more ingredients that I do not care for and most are difficult to find. NOT easy, not sustainable for the working person! I would NOT recommend this to anyone.. VERY poor customer support!!!

I didn't approve this product. I clicked on the app to see what it was and that is all it took. I complained to customer service and basically, I was told to bad. I am extremely unhappy and out 300.00.

I was charged $66 for a one year subscription (automatic payment) and product not worth $1 now that I cant or wont use theres no refund

She said she would transfer me to a expert !!Ha, recieved a form to. Fill out asking for my credit card #.?I dont think so!!You obviously have my number or you couldnt have charged me for a further subscription . Refund immediately or I will take legal action. Klinio has taken money from my account which I did not sign up for. I was looking through it The amount taken $104 and is reaccurring. I do not want this and wish it to closed immediately and send back payment withdrawn from my account

Sucky app
I purchased this app because of the meal plans. Almost every meal included quinoa, which is not available in my rural area. My husband and I also have food allergies that were not accommodated. I told them by email in January that I would not be renewing. This morning, they stole $67 out of my bank account anyways.

The app did not generate a meal plan and it was also impossible to log information about food consumed.
I bought Klinio, downloaded the app and tried to generate a meal plan. It said it would take up to 5 minutes but nothing happened. I also tried to log the information about what I had eaten for breakfast, but all it allowed me to do was enter the name of the food - not calories etc. The website does not give any information about customer support, so I called PayPal and they gave me a number in Alabama. It gave an automated response that did not allow me to leave my information.

Unacceptable Billing practices
Even though the sign-up says you will receive a 2-week notice before it renews They do not follow that practice and when asked for a refund they say it probably went to spam Well I have searched all of my emails and never received notice.

I joined this diet tonight, not realizing that there was a charge for everything you needed to execute the diet. I charged my PayPal account and would appreciate it if you would not charge my account.
I cannot afford all the charges for everything your diet expects you to purchase.I would not have joined for 3 months if I was aware of all the other charges. Please do not charge my PayPal account. I am not interested in your diet. Thank youLinda Warnken
